This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all of the services offered by Armoraa Health Solutions LLP.

If you do not wish to provide any Personal Information, You are not entitled to use this App or avail of the services provided by the App (“Services”). 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED

  1. In order to provide our full range of Services, we may collect the following types of information from You (as applicable) including but not limited to:

    1. Your Name, Mobile Number, E-mail, Facebook id, Apple id.
    2. Your health and medical information which includes Menstrual cycle start date, Average Menstrual cycle length, Average period duration, Pregnancy stage, Estimate due date, Physical vitals, Sleep entries, Mood, Symptoms, Height, Weight, Postpartum progress, Baby Kicks, Blood Pressure details, Blood sugar levels, Medical records etc.,
    3. Information you enter into our system when using the App/Services,
    4. Health data from wearable devices or other health apps
    5. Other details as the user may volunteer.

    (Collectively referred to as “Personal Information”)

    1. Non-Personal Information: When You use the App, we may collect certain non-personal information such as the type of device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, information about the way you use the App/Services and other similar information. This type of information does not identify You personally.

    2. User communications – When You send emails or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process Your inquiries, respond to Your requests and improve our Services.

    3. Cookies – When you visit our App, we send cookies (small files containing a string of characters) to your computer, thereby uniquely identifying your browser. 4. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

You may update or modify Your Personal Information. To delete your registered account, please email us at support@mommycheck.in.

Requests for such deletion will be handled within 14 days and such deletion will be effective from the date of communication of confirmation of such deletion by Us to You.

We use reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Personal Information. These technologies help ensure that Personal Information is safe, secure, and only available to You and those to whom You have granted access including but not limited to us, our business partners and authorised third parties. You acknowledge that neither the Armoraa nor any of its directors, shareholders or other representatives shall be liable to You under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from or arise out of, or a breach or, or compromise of registration of Your Account with us and/or Your ability or inability to use the Account.

Payment Processor and Security: At present, the App is provided to users free of charge and does not process or collect any payments. Accordingly, we do not collect, store, or process any payment-related information such as credit card or bank details.

If payment features are introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users before collecting any payment information. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal and health information. However, we shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of third parties that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, cyber-attacks, unauthorized access to data or storage devices, or failures of security and encryption systems.


6. YOUR CONSENT

By using the App and/ or by providing Your Personal Information, You consent to the collection and use of such Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing Your Personal Information as per this Privacy Policy. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

  2. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

    The App may include links or integrations with third-party applications, websites, or service providers (including Healthcare Professionals). Armoraa is not responsible for the privacy practices, data security, or accuracy of information of such third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

  3. Accuracy of User-Provided Data

    All tracking results and insights are dependent on the accuracy of data provided by the User. Armoraa does not verify or validate user-entered data and will not be responsible for inaccuracies or misinterpretation of app-generated reports.

  4. No Warranty on Outcomes

    Armoraa makes no guarantees regarding health or wellness outcomes based on the use of the App, including advice received from third-party Healthcare Professionals.

  5. Data Security Limitation

    While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, no platform can guarantee absolute security. The User acknowledges and accepts this risk when using the App.

  6. Parental Consent

    Where data is entered on behalf of a minor (child), the person providing such information confirms that they are the legal guardian and have consent to do so.

  7. Jurisdictional Limitation

    This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the laws of India. If you are accessing the App from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
